To Add a Bill, Do One of the Following- Select the New Bill toolbar item.
- Select New Bill from the File menu.
- Press Command-N.
The New Bill Screen- Bill Name should generally be the business to whom you pay, or a description of the bill. For example: "Wells Fargo," or "Mortgage Payment."
- Next Due Date is the next date the bill will be due.
- Repeats is where you designate the repeat interval for your bill. Many bills repeat every month. However, you can select other options for a repeat interval, or even select "Never" from the drop down list to create a one-time bill.
- Payment Information (optional) is the location where your bill is paid. If paid online, you can enter a URL that Chronicle will open when it is time to pay. If paid by mail or phone, you and enter and address or phone number.
- Optional Information is the place to enter a bill amount. Only enter a value here if your bill is usually the same each cycle (for example, a house payment).
- Icon Almost 30 to choose from. Pick one that best represents your bill.
- Reminders When checked, this enables iCal reminders to warn you when a bill is due. When unchecked, Chronicle will remember the day the bill is due, but will not alert you.
